By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

2. Description of Services
   Orivon provides data-driven consulting, artificial intelligence integration, and workflow automation solutions. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security
   To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

4. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

   All software, platform designs, logos, text, graphics, workflow templates, and proprietary algorithms associated with Orivon are owned by or licensed to Orivon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for internal business operations.

B. Customer Data
You retain all ownership rights to the proprietary data, metrics, and content you upload or transmit through our platform ("Customer Data"). We claim no ownership over your Customer Data.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
   You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

Interfere with or disrupt the performance, integrity, or security of the platform.

Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

Train external or competing machine learning/AI models using our output without written consent.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
   Billing Cycle: Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected during signup.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a custom Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Privacy & Data Protection
   Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal and corporate data in connection with the Services are described in our [Privacy Policy]. We deploy security measures designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OVIRON DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ENTIRELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIVON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL—ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ARVUNE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms ARVUNE or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
